These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Lyndify platform and related services operated by Lyndify Technologies, LLC, doing business as Lyndify (“Lyndify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Lyndify website, platform, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Lyndify platform.
SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: Lyndify sends text messages to individuals who submit their information through our form at website https://lyndify.com/ and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include deal match notifications, lender responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, and account updates. . Clients also opted in to receive Marketing messages include promotional offers, platform features, pricing updates, and special announcements.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.
3. Support Information: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance or contact us at [email protected]
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Lyndify is a lender matching and capital alignment platform designed to help real estate professionals identify lenders that may align with their financing scenarios.
The platform is operated by Lyndify Technologies, LLC.
Lyndify provides technology tools designed to assist users in identifying potential lender matches and facilitating financing introductions.
Lyndify does not originate loans, make credit decisions, provide lending capital, or act as a lender.
Any financing arrangements are solely between users and third-party lenders.
2. Platform Access
Access to the Lyndify platform is provided through a paid subscription.
Subscription access provides users with the ability to:
• access the lender matching system
• submit financing scenarios through the platform
• view potential lender matches
• coordinate financing opportunities through the platform
Access to certain features may depend on the user’s selected subscription plan.
3. Subscription Plans
The Lyndify platform offers several subscription options, which may include:
• Month-to-month access
• 3-month prepaid subscription
• 6-month prepaid subscription
• 12-month prepaid subscription
Subscription pricing and plan details are presented at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions provide access to the Lyndify technology platform and do not guarantee financing outcomes.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees must be paid in accordance with the selected plan.
Month-to-month subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
Prepaid subscription plans are billed in advance for the full subscription period.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
Failure to maintain active payment may result in suspension or termination of platform access
5. Engagement Path (DIY vs DFY)
Users must select an engagement path when utilizing the Lyndify platform.
DIY — Platform Access
Users who select the DIY engagement path manage lender communication and deal coordination independently.
Under the DIY model:
• users control submission decisions
• users communicate directly with lenders
• users manage negotiation and transaction processes
DFY — Placement Support
Users who select the DFY engagement path may receive assistance from Lyndify with lender coordination, deal positioning, and transaction support.
DFY services may include:
• guidance on deal presentation
• coordination with lenders
• assistance with communication and process management
DFY services do not guarantee financing approval.
6. Participation Fees on Funded Transactions
In addition to subscription access fees, Lyndify participates in funded transactions when financing successfully closes through the platform.
Participation applies only when a loan successfully funds.
Participation fees are structured as follows:
DIY Engagement
0.35% of the funded loan amount.
DFY Engagement
1.00% of the funded loan amount for loans under $1,000,000.
0.50% of the funded loan amount for loans $1,000,000 or greater.
Participation is typically structured within the overall broker compensation or transaction economics associated with the deal.
Participation applies only upon successful loan funding.
7. 30-Day Evaluation Period for Prepaid Plans
Prepaid subscription plans (3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans) include a 30-day evaluation period.
If a user determines that the Lyndify platform is not the right fit within the first 30 days of purchase, the user may request cancellation by contacting Lyndify support.
Upon cancellation within the evaluation period:
• Lyndify will retain the value of the first month of access
• Any unused remaining prepaid months will be refunded
Month-to-month subscriptions are not eligible for the evaluation period.
Refund requests must be submitted via email within 30 days of the original purchase date.
8. No Guarantee of Financing
Lyndify provides technology designed to assist in identifying potential lender matches.
Lyndify does not guarantee:
• loan approvals
• financing commitments
• lender responses
• transaction closings
All lending decisions are made solely by independent third-party lenders.
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using the Lyndify platform.
Users may not:
• submit fraudulent or misleading deal information
• misuse the platform for unlawful purposes
• attempt to access restricted portions of the system
• interfere with platform security or operations
Users remain responsible for their communications and agreements with lenders.
10. Platform Availability
Lyndify strives to maintain reliable platform availability.
However, Lyndify does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The platform may experience downtime due to:
• system maintenance
• software updates
• third-party service interruptions
• security measures
11. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, software, designs, and content are the property of Lyndify Technologies, LLC.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.
Users may not:
• copy or reproduce platform software
• reverse engineer the system
• distribute proprietary content
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyndify Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
This includes damages related to:
• financing outcomes
• lender interactions
• lost business opportunities
• transaction delays
The Lyndify platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lyndify Technologies, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
• misuse of the platform
• inaccurate information submitted through the platform
• disputes between users and lenders
• violations of these Terms
14. Modifications to the Terms
Lyndify Technologies, LLC may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
